The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 214                                                            
"An Act relating to litigation involving correctional facilities; and         
amending Rules 59(f), 60(b), 62, and 65, Alaska Rules of Civil                 
Procedure."                                                                    
                                                                               
HB 214 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.
